National Operations, Planning and Business Strategy Manager

Developed TRC California Statewide Lighting program, a partnership with Southern California Edison (SCE), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) to drive energy efficiency in commercial and industrial lighting projects. Managed all project deliverables and stakeholder relationships. Directed operations including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, Call Center and operations staff. Served as in-house SME on program development, report building, CRM database development and optimization, and commercial industrial energy efficiency programs. Supported development of RFAs and RFPs.

Program Operations Manager

A continuation of the Operations Lead role following TRC’s acquisition of Lockheed Martin’s Distributed Energy Solutions Group in Nov 2019. 
- Established virtual inspection protocols to adapt to altered market conditions and accommodate constraints associated with COVID-19 while maintaining accuracy and compliance, ensuring safety, driving cost savings, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Earned personal invitation to present at SCE’s annual contractor safety forum on virtual safety protocols and efforts to promote safety in the field.
- Earned TRC Spot award in recognition of exemplary performance in delivering Local Capacity Resources (LCR) Program contracts in 2020.

Project Manager

Lockheed Martin

Oversaw all operational aspects of submittals for 300+ projects and 800+ opportunities under Local Capacity Requirements (LCR) Program. Forecasted project timelines and designed workflows to ensure timely project completion. Liaised and managed relationships with stakeholders including internal team members, utility providers, distributors, vendors, contractors, customers, evaluators, and measurement and verification consultants.
- Achieved 15 MW of peak demand energy savings through partnership with utility client SCE with the goal of reducing constraints on the targeted LCR territory. 
- Led regular process improvement meetings and spearheaded resulting process improvement initiatives, including:
o	Streamlined system tracking, reporting, and mass updates to accommodate local batching requirements, driving up vendor satisfaction and retention, incentivizing faster delivery, and mitigating risk of vendors unable to meet delivery and timeline requirements. 
o	Focused on QC in submittals to avoid issues causing rejections and delays, enhancing the company’s reputation, preventing it from losing projects, and positioning the company as a preferred partner over the competition.
o	Partnered with IT to implement CRM enhancements, addressing deficiencies to improve functionality and improve project tracking.
- Facilitated transition to automated processes by developing CRM workflows and ad hoc reports to adapt to real-time needs, maximize productivity of new procedures, and keep stakeholders up to date on project progress.
- Trained 200+ vendors, setting clear expectations on territory, program, engineering, and customer-specific requirements to minimize revisions and project delays.
- Led efforts to obtain ISO 9001 certification, including developing and implementing operations manual for tracking project phases, deploying training, and conducting compliance audits.

Operations Lead

LA Fitness

Audited $2B+ in annual revenue to guard against loss, theft, and misuse of funds. Analyzed inconsistent audit activity in all U.S. and Canadian facilities, as well as at the corporate level. Investigated and analyzed errors in manual and automated processes. Processed credit card disputes and chargebacks, providing evidence of authorized payments to mitigate loss and reallocate company funds. Maintained awareness of regulatory changes and market conditions. 
- Recommended revised reporting practices to adapt readily to changing needs and achieve regulatory compliance.
- Identified and resolved human error, purposeful misconduct, and system glitches, adjusting commission rates at the local level, ensuring technical issues were resolved, and facilitating appropriate disciplinary action in cases of fraud.
- Trained internal audit and cash management teams on procedures and best practices for detecting potential fraud and defending against credit card disputes and chargebacks, saving ~$1.3M annually.
- Assisted in facilitating successful acquisition of 200+ external clubs, integrating new memberships, facilities, and assets.

Senior Internal Auditor/Cash Management Auditor

Supported 800+ facilities across the U.S. and Canada, managing daily soft-declined reports of electronic fund transfers (EFT) for club memberships, as well as analyzing and verifying $400K+ in annual EFT charges. Contacted members to address and resolve declined credit cards. Kept leadership apprised of system glitches.
- Played key role in optimizing billing reports and bringing processes into compliance with new regulation. 
- Ranked consistently as department’s top producer, earning promotion from temporary to permanent position and eventual advancement onto internal audit team.
