I believe AI, done right, can give us back our most valuable resources: 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀. That belief drives me and it’s what led to 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮. Together with my co-founder, we set out to build something that helps people work smarter, move faster, and focus on what truly matters. Klaara was born from a familiar frustration: Buried information. Manual work. Slow, fragmented processes that hold great teams back. Today, Klaara is a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 designed to work with humans, not around them. It empowers organizations to handle unstructured data, automate complex decisions, and streamline workflows through intelligent, collaborative AI agents. It doesn’t just extract information - it 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘀. Our vision is simple: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. I come from consulting, capital markets, and product strategy. I’ve always been drawn to hard problems, the ones at the messy intersection of systems, people, and process. And as a woman founder in tech, I’ve learned how powerful it is to lead with both conviction and care.
