- the creation of a content plan
- the creation of an event calendar for the year of 2019
- the creation of persona specific content around various topics e.g. food and events (these content are mainly text based with some image based pieces, as well as infographics included)
- the creation of structured schema markup for each piece of content (JSON-LD).

As a telemarketer, I got the opportunity to inspire people to join the fight against poverty in the World.  Despite working with a script this role required excellent adaptability and flexibility, as no two conversations required the exact same approach. Besides learning to work with a CRM system towards ambitious targets, I am glad to have been able to significantly improve my active listening skills during these three months.

I was lucky to be able to take part in the DCU Educational Trust’s 2017 and 2018 Telethon campaign. We were able to raise an astonishing €75000 for DCU’s Access Programme in November 2017 and €70000 in June. My job included relationship building and fundraising.
