1. Provide scientific responses to the more complex Bio monitoring related  questions and solutions to customers’ research problems by utilizing scientific knowledge and available resources, consulting with more experienced scientists when necessary.
2. Enhancing  product information databases by documenting technical information from customer interactions.
3. Recommend products based on customer needs and research interests.
4. Documentation of product quality issues &  all customer interactions and requests for new products.
5. Solving queries on time with content in response that allows  to resolve the claims of our clients. 
6.  Continuous involvement  in regulatory aspects , and  ISO requirements & up gradation regarding Biomonitoring product portfolio.
7. Regular use of Oracle, SAP & SAP P80 databases to efficiently handle the client needs . 
8. Systematized usage of SFDC for daily work  & Trackwise system for lodging technical complaints .

Technical Specialist-BioMonitoring (EEMEA & APAC)

1. Work  closely with Product Managers to design & execute on key initiatives related to increased KPI performance within a given territory .
2. Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand and products. 
3.  Involved in the day to day management of clients and resolving their technical queries .
4. Participation in team building and sales training events. 
5. Performance monitoring of distribution partners , account executives and account teams. 
6.Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product definition for strategic key initiatives
7. Delivering ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors. 
8. Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers.
9. Coordinate and provided product training to distribution teams and other internal clients on competitive landscape, product features and pricing .
10. Work on trade shows with marketing department and helped create ideas to market our products and services which increased new customer sales and leads.
11. Provide remote and/or on-site troubleshooting assistance to customers
12. Assist the Supply Chain & Demand Plan teams in monthly forecast and planning sessions to help drive operational capacity and on-time service commitments.
13. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers

Account Manager- Bio- Monitoring (North )

•	Offers technical  and commercial support to customers on use of company products (complaint follow-up and answering customer questions, etc.). 
•	Keeps up to date on current technology and use of product line (reading current scientific literature, using products in lab).
• Work closely with sales,  & marketing team to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up. 
•	Carry  out the analysis about the competitor’s product, their cost and market share.
