Account Executive focused on building new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across existing APAC region and prospects in the SMB and Mid Market space. Working in close alignment with Channel and Business Development teams on both inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns covering GoTo's All in One Solution Remote Support, Access, Monitoring & Management, UCaaS and Communication & Collaboration products.

Responsibilities Include:
•Delivering revenue through regular account reviews with existing customers and outbound prospecting for new logos in line with product targets
•Retaining customers through a customer centric approach, managing renewals and forecasting whilst working cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience
•Respond to sales enquiries through various channels in a timely manner
•Find new business prospects by using LinkedIn, Tech Target, cold calling, reviewing unassigned customer accounts and other lead generation strategies and tools
•Competently manage big strategic deals with many moving parts, along with run rate and smaller deals
•Conduct demonstrations and presentations to build value (supported by Solutions Consultants where necessary)
•Develop and maintain sales pipeline and follow up with contacts / uncovered sales opportunities regularly
•Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including our direct and indirect sales teams, Channel, BDR’s, Customer Success and Solutions Consulting
•Provide an accurate forecast and document activity accurately in Salesforce
•Work collaboratively with our channel partners to receive, plan and execute outbound campaigns

- Phone based, fast-paced role with a portfolio of over 450 education accounts (Victoria territory) managed via Salesforce and other SaaS supporting platforms.  
- Focused on retention activity, onboarding new clients, managing, and developing existing client relationships and identifying possibilities to increase sales via cross sell and upsell opportunities.  
- Performance of training sessions via webinar (one-on-one, Q&A and presentation for audiences of up to 50-1000 national & Global), from development of content to delivery of webinar, according to the main goal of each session.  
- Mainly focus of daily activities vary according to product sales cycle throughout the year – e.g., start of the year rollover and onboarding, programs implementation, training and support, subscription renewals – but also include other sales strategy related work, such as report data analysis overseeing accounts that might be in risk and require urgent action, accounts with no contact in the last 3 months and/or no training for more than 12 months, win-back opportunities. 
- Experiences and successes are aligned at a C-level having built collaborative and positive relationships across the company with Leadership, Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service team. - It is particularly satisfying for me to guide clients through the sales cycle, orchestrating, program managing the success plan of each phase of the customer lifecycle resulting in year-on-year retention. 
- Collaborating with Leadership and for direction by fellow colleagues, demonstrating business acumen and proving to be a strong source of trustworthiness. 
- Feedback and implementation of sales KPI, tools, playbooks, processes, 3P products, NPS, workshops, online 3P Platinum Services development, external and internal induction training best practices.
