I started my career as a Corporate Trainer and then evolved into founding my instructional design agency, Anchored Training. At Anchored, we help you create training that is relevant for your multi-generational workforce. Over the years, I developed the Anchored ID Collective to support instructional designers as they navigate instructional design, and owning their own business. Most recently, I founded Armada Learning Network, a holding company with portfolio companies niched in learning and development such as consulting, developing custom training, and with my acquisition of Kirkpatrick Partners, training evaluation.
