I lead a small team of professionals who specialize in rental property maintenance, compliance, remedial works, and project management. We offer an advisory service for landlords and tenants, and support them to meet the legal and quality standards for their properties. What a ride. Never have I been so challenged, excited, nervous and scared all in the same moment. Its been one heck f a crash course in business management, but I have truly loved every moment, the good and the hectic. Im learning all the time, and enjoying the process. I have a Diploma in Network Engineering,, and a National Certificate in Real Estate from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
