As an Off/Digital Media Strategic Planner, I am responsible for driving promotional campaigns, new product launches, communication of new features, and branding awareness for iFood and Banco Santander Brasil clients. My role involves preparing technical and strategic media project presentations, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.

As a team leader, I define roles, responsibilities, and goals for my team and provide resources and guidance to ensure that activities are carried out and results are delivered on time. I also create and implement routines and processes to ensure that work is efficiently executed.

I manage campaign KPIs to ensure good performance and results aligned with business objectives, building and maintaining direct relationships with stakeholders and presenting opportunities and reports with the support of tools such as Data Studio and Power BI.

In addition, I am responsible for the quality of project deliverables, defining priorities according to strategic direction and leading the connection between business teams (data, technology, designers) to promote the message clearly and effectively.

As a leader in negotiations and project evaluations with media outlets, I always seek the highest profitability for our clients. I conduct market studies and analyses to identify new trends and opportunities, defining new strategies to improve performance indicators and value delivery.

I was responsible for tracking the product roadmap with the product team (PM/PO), managing the product life cycle, and conducting profitability and viability analyses to develop strategies for delivering new features and products. I led the construction and tracking of the customer journey, developed user stories, and participated in the tracking of schedules, delivery backlog, and demand refinement, always evaluating the technical, financial, and user experience impact.

I planned and executed the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) for attraction, acquisition, and retention, ensuring the financial health of the product and aiming for profitability, as well as aligning OKRs with stakeholders.

I also led the management of marketing processes, suppliers, budgets, and people development, in addition to defining brand positioning strategies and implementing growth marketing initiatives (paid media, proprietary media, earned media, and strategies applied to internal channels and CRM), campaigns, and acquisition actions for the B2B and B2C audiences.
