Although I studied IT programming, I knew from the start that Development was not the field I would thrive in. I started my career in 2001 as a technical assistant to an IT manager and immediately fell in love with the job. After this first position held for 2 years, I worked for over 15 years as a consultant, specializing in IT Helpdesk & Support. I experienced various environments such as European Institutions, telecom, insurance and pharmaceutical. Having always been passionate about communication, I also had the opportunity in 2014 to follow a full time 6-month long training in Web Communication at Technofutur TIC in Gosselies. I am assertive, pragmatic, curious, solution oriented and I have an analytical mind. I am also well organised and stress resistant.
