It’s been a crazy yet rewarding journey since I was a Law graduate fresh out of college to where I am now, a professional Content Creator and Social Media Manager. "You're too old" That's what I heard from a recruiter when I was 26-years old, fresh out of college. My career path changed in that exact day. I joined INOV CONTACTO. This is a renowned international internship program by the AICEP and the Portuguese government that I was sure wouldn't pick me. That was the start of my journey. Remember? It has been crazy, after all. My destination: Macau. I was to work in Law. I ended up falling in love with content creation and social media marketing. Aware that I was a couple of steps behind everyone, I started studying digital marketing. On the side, I polished my skills with video and sound creation/production. Along the way, I’ve noticed that most of the content I was writing was, unknowingly, hitting all the right boxes for SEO. Since then I’ve focused a lot on organic SEO and love to geek about it from time to time. I can say that yes, I’ve got a bachelor’s in Law but, that doesn’t define my career. It was the stepping stone to finding my passion A quick learner and born writer, I have honed my skills in SEO and content marketing to deliver measurable results for a wide range of clients, including leading online retailers, individuals, and small projects all over the world.
