Our own history is rooted in innovation management and growth hacking where we learned in hundreds of client projects what works and what does not work. 

Our problem, however, was our own pipeline process at the time. We had a "no-process" in place where we needed to acquire new projects, deliver projects, find new projects, deliver, and so on. We were also too focused on shipping product innovations for clients instead of looking after our own sales pipeline.

This is why we went back to the drawing board and designed a very systemized approach for our lead generation and sales process. We went through quite a few iterations before it started to work and a consistent and predictable lead flow started finally to come in. 

Since this worked so well for us, we began building the same process for our clients. In the end, they all were facing similar challenges: automating the sales funnel from prospecting, lead identification, nurturing, acquisition to retention using AI-assisted technology, analytics and conversion funnel automation.

Based on a businesses' market niche, brand story and their customers' pains and jobs-to-be-done we test and design a compelling message-market fit, turn it into a communication strategy and automate prospecting using AI-driven social media, email, retargeting, personalization and sales systems. 

Once the system has been put in place our clients usually spend almost 90% more time on closing sales instead of generating leads manually.
