Hey, I am Varsha Satheesh. I am a certified Trauma Lifecoach & Mindfulness teacher. I am so obsessed when it comes to learning more about the human mind, manifestation, and everything about human emotions. I have witnessed the most traumatic experience in my life in the past 1 year and that has given me a lot of realizations and life lessons. First with my father's death and followed by my little brother-in-law's sudden demise, me and my family went through a deep traumatic experience. My journey towards self-healing and learning about trauma, the various methods to release them, and healing of various emotions and trauma responses began there. I also came across a most powerful healing modality called Quantum Energy Healing few months ago. The results that gave me and my clients were phenomenal.
