My role involved both strategic and tactical aspects of marketing operations along with product management elements to it:

*Strategic*

• Identify gaps in awareness/critical consideration issues facing the product through User Research, Analytics, etc.
• Prototyping - Design and build prototypes through user journey mapping and based on design principles/heuristics
• Set-up priorities for features/enhancements backed by data and based on business objectives
• Create, own, manage and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns to position the products as solutions for customers and partners
• Build communication strategies and tailor campaigns to drive user onboarding and feature adoption

*Tactical*

• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the business to prioritize on the product requirements,
• Manage the Product Backlog Refinement process with the product/engineering teams to break down chosen features/enhancements into tasks, issues, etc. 
• Manage and maintain the continuously evolving product documentation through Jira and Confluence
• Help create the UAT test plan and actively participate in the same to provide feedback and ensure all acceptance criteria are met

*Marketing Operations*

• Define KPIs/metrics, create reports and dashboards to track impact, optimize and improve positioning of the product and campaigns (Salesforce and SQL)
• Run sales enablement programs by working closely with sales and support functions to craft any relevant collateral (Knowledge base, Product pitches, Videos, Landing Pages, etc.)
• Automate day-to-day tasks related to sales and support through Salesforce Process Builders and Workflows
• End-to-end project management/campaign management - planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of CRM marketing activities
