She had been involved in the Peripherals Integration as well as Devices vendor selection team. She had been responsible for performing manual as well as conducting performance tests on the application in order to enhance the performance. 

She had been leading the Procurement module which involved interfacing the procurement with the application. 

She had successfully conducted and coordinated user training of software across various locations across India- Delhi, Ghaziabad and Hyderabad to begin with.

She was a part of the Training & Development Team for imparting training to batches of Customer Support Executives (CSEs) and Customer Support Managers(CSMs) before the pilot implementation of the Project.
