Designed and developed an e-commerce store for event tickets by using a design thinking approach that fully automated the sales and finance workflows.

Coordinated the product development and maintained strategic relationships with third-party vendors to realise desired outcomes. Initiated a company-wide digital transformation by identifying critical risks on the existing e-commerce platform and served as a subject matter expert from vendor selection through the discovery phase. Achieved and managed financial, legal and statutory compliance measures, including PSD2 and COVID-19 tax guidelines, across a range of digital e-commerce agile product developments. Facilitated risk management workshops and end-user training. Achieved a significant decrease in customer service calls by optimising UX on the e-commerce checkout journey and led various A/B testing initiatives.
