I have graduated with an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and am currently serving as a Senior Embedded Engineer at Qualcomm. Prior to Qualcomm, I have worked as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Stanley, Black & Decker, and at Glas-Col, LLC as an Electrical Engineer for about a year. I also worked as an Electrical Test Engineer at Svtronics Inc. and had a 3-month Research Internship at the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute (UTARI) during the summer of '17. • Expertise in Math and Analytical thinking has helped me get better at Data Structures & Algorithms, also facilitating ease in adapting to new programming languages. • Solid programming experience with C and C++ using tools such as Segger Embedded Studio, Visual Studio Code, X-Code, Code Composer Studio, CodeBlocks, Embedded Linux and Matlab. • Excellent knowledge of ARM Assembly, with academic experience in 8085 Assembly on DYNA 85 kit. • Experience with Shell scripting & Python, working with test frame works like Unity, writing scripts and working with special libraries like .wav music files on Raspberry Pi 2.0 platform using the Linux-based Raspbian OS. • Proficient in various tools including Altium Designer, Design Spark v5.0++, Eagle, Putty, Simulink v8.7+, Keil uVision v4.0, and Simulink. Skill Set: • Programming Languages: C, C++, Embedded C, Python, Assembly, Java (Familiar) • IDEs: Segger Embedded Studio, IAR, STM32Cube IDE, Xcode 9.0+, Eclipse v4.4.x+, Keil uVision v5.0, CCS v5.0+ • Communication Protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, Ethernet • Lab Tools: Mixed Signal Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Digital Multimeter, and more • Microprocessors: Intel 8085 & 8086. Microcontrollers: Intel 8051. • Linux: Understanding of Embedded Linux concepts, Ubuntu 14.xx, Scripting involving Bash & sh. • Boards: Arduino UNO, Arduino LilyPad, TI Launchpad TM4C123GXL & MSP430, and Raspberry Pi v2.0+ • SW Development and related tools: Jenkins, JIRA, GIT (BitBucket, GitHub), Confluence, Sharepoint etc
