Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship: As 1 of 4, led 12-week program to develop 140 fellows into future research professionals, oversaw 34 fellows directly. Provided a hands-on research experience, organized a research symposium, designed deliverable management workflow using Blackboard, edited/published a symposium book, and recruited students to undertake graduate study

Global Engineering Pgrm: Directed students in time-sensitive Maymester course on how to evaluate competing technology solutions for cultural sensitivity, analysis presented in stage 2 report as a part of a 4-stage, multiyear, international project

Women In Engineering Pgrm: Led 16-week seminar for 130 first-year students in engineering, planned and organized presentations from 15 high achieving engineering alumni annually. Minority Engineering Pgrm: Co-managed 30 pre-freshman on 24-hour intensive, 5-week schedule, achieving boot camp-like environment to support retention of students from underrepresented groups in first-year engineering
