➡️ I use my 20 plus years of experience as an Adjuster and Manager of insurance claims to navigate files for efficiency and effectiveness while executing excellent customer service.  
➡️ Investigate, negotiate, and settle Hillsborough County Risk Management claims.  
➡️ Multi-task daily duties with several claims processing systems for proper analysis and interpretation of disbursements. 
➡️ Coordinate claims with a Third-Party Administrator while also processing claims with sub-contractors.
➡️ Research claims for potential fraud, trends, and analysis of implementing proactive procedures to fast-track claims for citizens while maintaining County budgeting initiatives.
