I'm responsible for leading all aspects of product marketing for the suite and its 5 component products.

FenixCommerce is a VC-funded startup in the eCommerce shipping space where I built the marketing function, with responsibility for brand, product, thought leadership & all content, digital, sales enablement, and events.

The FenixCommerce Order Operations Platform is an AI-driven SaaS solution that uses real-time product, inventory, customer, and carrier information to optimize delivery timing and costs, thereby allowing online sellers to communicate accurate order cut-off times, delivery date estimates, and shipping costs for any number of options on the product, cart, and checkout pages, as well as to provide customers with real-time delivery information post-purchase. Fenix has apps for Shopify, SFCC, Magento, and BigCommerce, has integrated with HCL Websphere, and has done several custom/headless platform integrations.

I (in a part-time consulting role) manage all aspects of Belmont's marketing function, including branding, go-to-market strategy, messaging, digital & social, content & thought leadership, and sales & BD enablement. I also lead strategic business development efforts.

Accomplishments include:
- Establishment of corporate Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Re-alignment of brand identity and messaging around Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Transition from haphazard services-oriented go-to-market approach to a strategic solutions oriented approach, including taxonomy, messaging, and assets
- Creation of foundational brand assets including logo variations, templates, and boilerplate sales/business development presentations
- Development and execution of a content strategy encompassing thought leadership, web content, social media, conference presentations, and video
- Development of a suite of sales and business development enablement materials and online database to streamline pitch development and RFx response development
- Leadership of various business development efforts:
   1. One of which resulted in acquisition of one of the top two global mobile phone manufacturers as a client

Major accomplishments in this role included:
- Development of an Infosys brand in the digital transformation space through conducting research, developing thought leadership, planning and managing events, pursuing partnerships, and building analyst relationships which increased industry analyst coverage 5x over the course of my tenure.
- Partnering closely with consulting & technology services groups to drive value proposition definition as well as customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging, along with related sales enablement tools & collateral.
- Instituting formal demand generation and management processes, including creation of a pipeline management tool, which on roll out yielded 70+ new, qualified leads targeting a 3 year sales opportunity of over $300M.
