As an Account Executive II at AbacusNext, I focus on delivering the best possible customer service and experience I can to legal and accounting professionals.  I utilize a strategic and consultative approach to understand my client's needs and recommend the best possible solution so that they can accomplish their goals, maximize efficiencies, increase productivity and future-proof their practice.

Based on my client's objectives and overall end-goals, I will demo one of our case management or accounting practice management software to show them how our solution will help them achieve their goals and maximize efficiencies.  I assist in helping them understand the benefits of each feature that comes with the software, how it's deployed and what their return on investment (ROI) is among many other things during the sales cycle.

In the legal and accounting space, I work with small, mid-market and enterprise/strategic accounts to ensure each client understand the benefits of our products and what the client journey looks like when they join the AbacusNext family.  Each new client acquisition can include complex items and discussions such as alternative ways to deploy the software, data migration, customizations to the software and custom integration with 3rd party applications.  I'll also work in tandem with our Professional Services team, Project Manager and Engineers to ensure the client gets exactly what was agreed upon.
