• Effectively manage and coordinate program schedules and activities
• Ensure appropriate arrangement of class and class sizes, ensuring class sizes are
consistent with skill activity levels.

As a Membership Administration Officer I assist with administration/debit tasks related to the day-to-day operation of Membership Services across the state.

The role involves, Being the first point contact for inbound calls/outbound to/from members/public/centre staff Assisting with the processing of monthly and fortnightly debit runs Assisting with the completion of audits to ensure the integrity of branch and YMS databases and ongoing data entry. •	Coordinated the Indian Super League referee training camp, managing all event details, including smooth check-ins of referees, hospitality requirements, food and beverage schedule and menus.
•	Assisted a team of 5 coaches from around India in scouting new talent, managing their training activity in Mumbai for over 2 months, looking after 180 players over 4 weeks of training camp.
