Hey Hey Hey! Firstly, thanks for taking your valuable time to read about me! So let’s get started! Since my graduation I was gravitated towards organizing events, learning people skills and improving myself. I was fascinated to see how leaders work and how they manage things hence I did a lot of internships to grow my network, skills and learn from people around me. To grow my skillset and grab some amazing opportunities beyond my area of engineering I joined TCS where I cracked the incentive examination, worked as a systems engineer in full stack developer profile and also worked as a safety champion at Indore office. In a short span of 2 years I received more than 7 appreciation letters and awards for organizing organizational level events and winning various internal competitions. Currently, I have completed my MBA-HRM from XIM, Bhubaneswar and have won and participated in 150+ case competitions across various B- schools and corporates in the span of 2 years. Below are some of the corporate achievements:- • National Winner Tata Steel-a-thon (PPO) • National Runners up in Capgemini WOrkathon (PPI) • Campus Winners in Capgemini WOrkathon • Campus Finalist in Mi Summit 3.0 by Xiaomi (PPI) • National Semifinalist in Product Spotlight by Publicis Sapient • National Semifinalist in Tata Imagination Challenge by Tata Administrative Services (TAS) • National Semifinalist in Diageo BESPIRITED by Diageo In addition to above achievements, there are 150+ B-school achievements as national winner, 1st and 2nd runner up and finalist. Recently I have been awarded with Unstop top 10 B-School Leader award for having 7th position in all India having 32,700+ nominations. In addition, I have received 1st ranking in XIMB Top 10 B-School champions and 9th ranking in most competitive B-School Leader over all the B-Schools in India. Apart from this, I love to write and create content hence I have published 3 anthologies and research papers along with articles in renowned magazines and websites such as people matters, Business manager, Blackcoffer insights and many more. I am an aspiring people manager working proactively towards the goal by constantly improving myself on new skills and using the knowledge to solve the real life problems on the pillars of practicality, creativity and innovation.
