- Sixth member of the Headout India Team.
- Worked directly with the COO for setting up and optimization of the primary customer acquisition channel for the app Google SEM, using Google Adwords.
- Expanded the presence of Headout Marketing to New York and Las Vegas. Co-managed a monthly budget of $40,000, bringing down CPA by 20% and improving CTR and Click-to-Conversion rate significantly.
- Set up primary Facebook Remarketing and feedback campaigns for customers.

Post “perfect” content on socials is terrible advice if you want to grow.

Here's what 15 years in this game has taught me:

🫣Perfect content doesn't exist. 
It never has, and it never will.

You know what does exist? 

Content that connects. 
Content that starts conversations. 
Content that gets posted.

I've watched countless creators spend weeks crafting the "perfect" post while their competitors published 20 pieces of "good enough" content and built genuine relationships with their audience.

THE HARD TRUTH

❌The algorithm doesn't reward perfection. 
☑️It rewards consistency and engagement.

Those perfectly polished posts you agonize over? They often perform worse than the raw, authentic content you throw together in 10 minutes because you had something real to say.

Your first 100 posts will likely suck. 

Your next 100 maybe slightly be better. 

By post 500, you'll have found your voice, understood your audience, and developed a rhythm that works.

But you can't get to post 500 if you're still perfecting post 1. 😢
