1.	To ensure Plaza operations go on efficiently and smoothly and control of Exemption and Violation.
2.	To prepare and submit the daily Traffic and Revenue report to the management in the manner as prescribed. 
3.	To ensure that sufficient number of lanes are opened to cater for smooth traffic flow all the times.
4.	To investigate discrepancies in toll collection and conduct regular checks on toll floats and petty cash floats maintained at the toll plaza to detect and deter pilferage and fraud.

6.	To ensure Frequency and duration of breaks given to the Toll Collectors meets the labor law requirements.
7.	To compile statistics of traffic and revenue class wise. 
8.	To ensure availability of operational forms, Avoid over stocking. Maximum stock of operational forms for not more than three months at a time. 
9.	To ensure that adequate stock of manual tickets is maintained including LPT/LCT concession.
10.	To ensure timely submission of reports/data to the Management/HO in the manner as prescribed.
11.	To keep Everest with the Traffic & Revenue data and keep the management informed, where necessary.

Asst. Plaza Manager

	Oversee the efficient and effective supervision of toll collection activities. 
	To see that adequate Toll Collectors are on duty in every shift.
	Sufficient number of lanes is opened to cater for the smooth flow of traffic.
	Address to the road users complaints. Take suggestions/grievances in right spirits and bring the same into the Toll Plaza Manager.                                                                 
	All the toll operations systems & equipment’s are in good condition.
	Ensure effective management and monitoring of the Plaza’s toll collection operations and related activities.
	Follow all procedures during Manual Toll Collection.

Toll Supervisor

	Operate the vault room with the Toll Manager/Asst. Manager. Open the cash bags shift wise, check and tally the cash with the Daily Cash Shift Summary. 
	Particularly check all the notes for any fake currency.
	Prepare the cash report, CMS slip and handover cash to CMS authorized person.
	Check and verify the lost, damage and returned CSC card application forms and entry in the register after receiving the fee entry in imprest register and card refund amount pay to owner.
	Liaison and coordinate with all the banks, temples and big provision stores near by the plaza and the arrange float cash without commission for plaza.
	Purchase all the housekeeping material and stationary.
	Assist the Audit Team for speedy and smooth completion of audit.
	Prepare the vouchers and finalize the accounts for the plaza expenses.
	Take the approval and authorization from the Project Head on the accounts and send them to the HQ Accounts & Finance Dept. for timely release of amounts.
	When there is heavy traffic supports the Toll Supervisor and other staff. In the spare time assists the TS in the control room.
	Check the Daily POS collection and confirm with the amount deposited in the vault room.
	All day system, manual report and CMS slip file maintain by Toll Accountant. 
	Follow-up & timely payment of plaza electricity bills to avoid penalty.
	Actively participate in the functions organized by the management on important festivals, national holidays, and plaza anniversary.

Accomplished Toll professional with 18  Years 04  months of experience in Toll Operations on National Highway BOT projects and Operations at Reliance Petro. Sound knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, compliance of Gazette Notification & Modern Concession Agreement instructions, Toll Collection, liaison with local authorities, dealing with local road users, Toll Management System, ETC, System Reports, Vendor management, Change Management, COD of project, managing internal and external audits.
