I’ll never forget the six months I was homeless & lived in the back of a gym. I was a personal trainer chasing a dream, eating ramen, and barely scraping by. It felt like the harder I worked, the further success slipped away. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning if I had what it took to turn my passion into a profession. Through trial and a lot of error, I figured it out. I went from struggling to pay rent to owning my own gym, building a life around what I loved. But just when I thought I’d made it, the pandemic hit. Starting over wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I pivoted into the roofing industry, knocking doors to sell roofs. Over time, I worked my way up, managing installations and eventually helping build an entire department from the ground up. (Present Day) Too many businesses lose customers because of poor service, confusing messaging, or unprepared leadership. New entrepreneurs and business leaders often feel overwhelmed, unsure of how to prioritize or build systems that work. I’ve been there, and I’ve learned the hard way. Today, I use my entrepreneurial and leadership experience to help my department simplify its messaging, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop confident leaders who know how to inspire and empower their teams.
