Trade Builder Baltic OÜ

Trade Builder Baltic is owned by LW Sverige, one of the biggest roof and facade construction company in Sweden. Trade Builder Baltic produced facades, windows and doors from aluminium and prefabricated wall elements from wood in Estonia. My role was to manage people both Estonians and Ukrainians, make production plans.

Production Manager

DAVA Foods

Formerly known as Tallegg the biggest egg producer in Estonia - this business segment was acquired by Danish DAVA Foods. My role was to manage the egg grading and packaging part. My biggest achievement was to implement new working culture, which was very different from old one. Also I got knowlege about food industry and mass-production.

METUS-EST AS

Metus-Est is a company producing facades, windows and doors from aluminium and steel. I worked on a steel side and I was responsible for making production plans, hiring and managing people, purchasing materials and negotiating prices, keeping different certificates up to date (communicating with different certification companies like VTT, SITAC, KIWA), developing ISO 9001. Also going through the process of planning and building new production factory, moving from old place to new one without stopping the production, helping the team to handle the uncertainty caused by moving. Being in a center of merging two companies (Metus-Est and KMT Fassaadimeistrid) and seeing the challenges of mixing two cultures.

Assistant Production Manager

I have two areas that spark my interest: personal development with all its private and work-related themes and supporting leaders in professional situations. 

In individual coaching, I assist people in implementing positive changes to progress in their desired direction. 

In companies, I support leaders through coaching, supervision, and mentoring.
