This stage of my journey has been all about growth, leadership, and creative problem-solving. As a Senior IT Recruiter and Team Lead at HR-Consulting, I’m not just matching candidates to jobs—I’m building a recruitment engine that works smarter, faster, and more human.

I lead a small, driven team focused on tech recruitment, and together we tackle roles ranging from junior developers to C-level positions. 

My daily work includes:

> Supporting my team with mentorship, onboarding, motivation and recruitment strategy
> Shaping and improving our recruitment processes to keep things effective and efficient
> Working directly with clients—earning trust, solving hiring challenges, and making sure they come back
> Creating sales offers and marketing strategies that reflect our personality and strengths
> Collaborating with other departments and constantly looking for ways to do things better
> And yes—lots of negotiations, creative sourcing, and deep conversations with people

This role feeds my passion for finding elegant solutions, data analysis, building meaningful connections, and helping people and companies grow.

Senior IT Recruiter & Team Lead | HR-Consulting

In my next role at HR-Consulting, I stepped into the position of Recruitment Consultant, focusing on identifying top talent across a wide range of fields, with a primary emphasis on IT, as well as finance, management, sales, marketing, and HR. I worked on both mid-level and executive (C-level) positions for clients in the private sector and NGOs.

This period coincided with the pandemic, which brought both challenges and opportunities. 
It pushed to:

> Think creatively in candidate attraction strategies
> Contribute to the company’s social media presence and messaging
> Initiate employer branding activities to keep clients competitive in a changing market
> Support improvements in internal recruitment processes and workflows
> Be involved in team development, collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing

This role expanded my expertise in executive search, stakeholder communication, strategic hiring, and reinforced my passion for building bridges between people and opportunities—even in complex and uncertain environments.

Recruitment Consultant – IT & Executive Search | HR-Consulting

After gaining solid experience in marketing analytics and media strategy, I made a deliberate shift into the HR field—driven by a strong desire to combine analytical thinking with meaningful, people-centered work. Deeply grateful to HR-Consulting and my mentor, an experienced senior recruitment consultant, who supported my transition into this new field. One of the most impactful aspects of this experience was being part of HR-Consulting’s mentoring culture, which inspired me to develop my own ability to mentor others—an essential skill I’ve carried forward in my work with young professionals and career guidance today.

Starting from the ground up, I quickly immersed myself in:

> Active sourcing across platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
> Conducting pre-screening interviews and initial assessments
> Collaborating on recruitment projects across diverse industries, including IT, accounting, marketing, sales, design, etc.
> Learning recruitment processes end-to-end, from job profiling to candidate selection

This role laid the foundation for my growth in HR, showing me how much I value matching people with opportunities, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to the hiring process—always with empathy and precision.

Junior Recruiter | HR-Consulting

Prospera Academy

Every Saturday at Prospera Academy, I teach kids how to think like entrepreneurs—using their language. I create business lessons that are fun, hands-on, and packed with real-world skills. From the basics of money and marketing to launching actual mini-businesses, my goal is simple: to spark a mindset of creativity, strategy, and confidence.

I build each course around a Project-Based Learning model with a student-centered approach—because kids learn best when they’re doing, exploring, and building something of their own. Every group works toward a final, real business project that they pitch at our “Want to Be an Entrepreneur” competition. It’s where ideas turn into action—and where kids shine.

My lessons are interactive, practical, and full of movement and discussion. I believe learning should feel like discovery, not homework. And I love seeing students surprise themselves with what they can create.

In everything I do, I aim to help kids develop not just business skills, but creative, strategic, and analytical thinking—tools they’ll use long after the course is over.

Business School Trainer | Prospera Academy

At Prospera Academy, I developed a unique, research-based Career Guidance program designed specifically for teenagers (15–19 years old) who are navigating one of the most important decisions of their lives—choosing a professional path.

Drawing on my background in HR and career consulting, I built the course from the ground up using well-established psychological and career development theories, including:

> John Holland’s Theory of Vocational Personalities
> Linda Gottfredson’s Theory of Circumscription and Compromise
> Mark Savickas’ Career Construction Theory
> Edgar Schein’s Career Anchors
> Deci & Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory
> Oscar Brenifier’s Philosophical Counseling

This program empowers teens to explore their interests, values, motivations, needs, and personal strengths, while also giving them a realistic view of the job market, emerging career trends, and workplace conditions.

The course structure:
Day 1: Self-discovery – guided reflection on personal drivers, motivations, and abilities
Day 2: Exploring the world of work – industries, professions, trends, and career environments
Day 3: Choosing 1–3 directions, analyzing them, and building a personal action plan for future success

I personally tested and refined the course with initial pilot groups, using feedback to optimize content and format. I also developed all supporting materials for both students and trainers—including reports, templates, worksheets, and teaching checklists—to ensure a high-quality and replicable learning experience.

This is one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve led—combining strategic HR expertise with meaningful impact. Helping teenagers gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their professional journey is not just work I do—it’s work I deeply believe in.

Career Navigation Course Creator & Educator | Prospera Academy

ROI Media / HAVAS

At this stage of my career, I specialized in the analytical and strategic coordination of advertising campaigns on TV and radio channels across Moldova. My role combined media expertise with data-driven decision-making and strong client collaboration.

Key responsibilities included:

> Managing media campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis
> Collaborating directly with clients, as well as managers of TV and radio stations
> Conducting marketing research, including market trends and competitor analysis
> Developing tailored media plans aligned with campaign goals and budgets
> Overseeing the placement of advertisements across selected channels
> Monitoring campaign performance to ensure delivery against key indicators (reach, frequency, GRPs, etc.)
> Performing deep-dive analyses of campaign efficiency and preparing optimization suggestions
> Creating clear, data-rich presentations and reports for both clients and agency management
> Onboarding and training new team members, and mentoring a junior media planner
> Practicing effective time and task management across multiple concurrent projects

This role sharpened my skills in media strategy, stakeholder communication, and analytical storytelling, while giving me hands-on experience with performance-driven advertising. This job strengthened my ability to extract insights from data, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and manage complex projects.

Media Analyst & Planner – TV & Radio Campaigns | ROI Media and HAVAS Media Group

In this role, I took on more complex responsibilities in managing commercial marketing research projects for a wide range of clients and industries.

Key responsibilities included:

> Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
> Leading and managing research projects from initial briefing to final delivery
> Designing, testing, and refining data collection tools, including scripts and survey logic
> Coordinating cross-functional teams, including supervising fieldwork and survey operators
> Conducting in-depth data analysis and interpreting both consumer behavior and market trends
> Translating findings into compelling presentations, tailored for different stakeholder needs
> Delivering reports and strategic insights to clients with clear, business-oriented conclusions
> Providing evidence-based recommendations to support product development, positioning, or marketing strategy decisions

This position strengthened my ability to combine analytical depth with client communication, and helped me become confident in presenting insights that drive business value.

TNS in Moldova 

In my first professional role in the field of marketing research, I managed full-cycle research projects—from initial client briefing to delivering final strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities included:

> Client communication on project scope, timelines, and objectives
> End-to-end project management, ensuring timely and quality execution
> Script testing and optimization to ensure accurate data collection
> Supervision of survey operators and coordination of fieldwork
> Data processing and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative research results
> Preparation of clear, insight-driven presentations based on findings
> Reporting directly to clients, presenting key conclusions and supporting data
> Formulating actionable business recommendations based on research outcomes

This role built a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, and research-based strategy—skills I continue to use and develop in my current work.
