Architectural Drafter

	Assigned in some projects like Mall Fit-out, Residential, Commercial, Government Building and Government Office projects to monitor and assure that the implementation of the plans, specifications and schedule are followed accordingly.
	Prepares weekly report, as well as the weekly construction progress and accomplishments based on the construction schedule.
	Monitor and manpower handling as well as payroll (for the assigned project).

	Coordinating with the Client/Owner and Suppliers.
	Coordinating with the Building Officials (such as Mall admin, Mall Architect and Engineers, etc.) and with the other Allied Professions accountable for the project.
	Assigned to prepare shop drawings as well as the as built plan/s, necessary permits and documents for needed for a certain project.
	Conducts Quality Assurance and punchlisting in each of the assigned project before turn over to the client to make sure that the outcome of the project meets the client’s expectation.

	Worked as Project Site Supervisor for Modular Cabinets, Kitchen fit-out and Office Fit-outs.
	Prepares Documents such as layouts and original copy of site measurement details for Pre-construction and Construction Phase.
	Coordination and Preparation of working permits and other necessary documents needed for the project to assure the smooth flow of construction and to avoid inconveniences.
	Monitors the construction phase of each handled project, assuring that every detail was implemented accordingly based on the specifications and the contract.

	Assigned as Tier 3 CS Associate. The goal is remediation of existing problems and prevention of more severe problems or the development of secondary concerns as a result of persistent problems.
	Able to determine possible fraudulent act that may compromise company’s integrity and resources.
	Dealt with a lot of irate clients globally; Providing them a satisfying and well-organized solution for all of their concerns in accordance with the company’s policy.
