MEST recruits Africa's most promising software entrepreneurs for a fully sponsored, intensive 12 month training program. Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) learn tech, business and communications from a team of global experienced fellows. Graduates of our training program pitch their validated business ideas for the opportunity to receive seed funding and enter our incubator, where they will get hands-on support as they launch their business in one of our markets.

Hopin academy

•	Strategic planning, development and management of key partners for Hopin Academy.
•	Be on the constant lookout for potential partnerships.
•	Liaising directly with potential partners and securing deals.
•	Be a representative at relevant and key meetups and conferences to outsource partners.
•	Strategize and collaborate with capacity building and events departments to align partnership opportunities with the departments strategy, milestones and goals.
•	Develop creative ways to partner with companies with goals and values in line with Hopin Academy in order to maximize their involvement and financial support of capacity building activities.
•	Oversee development and effective use of partner communications to growth Hopin Academy’s international presence.
•	Create a Research Guide to outsource potential partners, defining industries, companies and subjects to research for partnership efforts.
•	Oversee success metrics, tracking and reporting of partnership acquisition efforts, including Project Report. 
•	Manage partnership deliverable process, communication with Marketing and Event Managers to ensure partnership commitments are delivered.
•	Oversee administrative function that manages contracts and payments with confirmed partners.
•	Manage all pre - and onsite partnership relations and communications, ensuring excellent support and overall experience 
•	Train, mentor and manage the partnership management team ensuring targets are met.
