I dared to follow my dream. I make content about sexual wellness using my voice, my writing and my image. In 2009, I left my job in luxury real estate and set up a blog about sexuality (www.venusohara,org). Shortly after its creation, I landed my first book deal and I wrote ‘Love Me Like You Hate Me’ with Erika Lust. I published 2 more books in Spain: Inglés para Pervertidos (English for Perverts) Penguin Random House Spain 2013 and La máscara de Venus, (The Mask of Venus) Planeta 2014. I have collaborated with many international media outlets such as The Guardian, The Mirror, El País, Atresmedia TV, Catalunya Radio and many more, producing content about sexuality in English, Spanish and Catalan. Since 2010, I have been a commercial actress and model. I've starred in many international publicity campaigns including Volkswagen Golf, Ikea, FIFA, Sprite, Pfizer and many more. I’ve also graced the cover of Interviu twice. Spain’s biggest weekly magazine. Given my media profile, in 2014, I started to receive lots of sexual wellness devices and I was asked to promote them. In collaboration with the world’s biggest brands, I make educational content on my YouTube channel and I’m a sex tech consultant, involved in the development of physical products and sexual wellness apps. I’ve been a member of Toastmasters International since 2019. I won second prize in the international speech contest in Catalan in 2022. My public speaking experience has encouraged me to host workshops and conferences on female pleasure and orgasmic manifestation. I created The Orgasmic Lifestyle Podcast by Venus O’Hara in 2022 with the objective of sharing content that goes beyond sexuality. I interview thought leaders in the fields of sexuality, spirituality, nutrition, health and more. The premise of the podcast is to share my healthy lifestyle tips that help you to reach a climax in all areas of life. More recently, I’ve become an ASMR meditation content creator on Insight Timer, as well as a voice actress and erotic story narrator working with the top studios in Barcelona, Spain. My dream has become my reality and it has totally exceeded my expectations.
