A lack of standardization and manual processes lead to problems in the processing and use of data in many real estate companies. This results in annual costs in the millions - both through additional work and lost sales opportunities. 

diafania offers an AI-supported solution for the automated processing and enrichment of information from unstructured data. Our approach challenges the “garbage in, garbage out” paradigm and makes it possible to achieve high-quality results even with complex, human-generated data. In this way, we lay the foundation for digitized, operational processes and artificial intelligence in the company.

Thanks to a modular product core and company-specific adaptations, we integrate our solution efficiently into the existing company infrastructure and processes - sustainably improving data quality and reducing manual effort by up to 80%.
