I am a CPG grounded advisor and investor. I am a mentor at SKU a leading CPG Accelerator based in Austin Texas. My CPG experience began with holding several positions at Beecham Products and at Diageo. I took that experience and those relationships and joined as a Partner at a Boutique Executive Search firm - Protis Global. There for 24 years worked with clients mostly early stage and emerging companies in the area of Talent Optimization. Where we built a +$800M economic impact business and I personally contributed over a $200M economic impact. This was all achieved by Talent Acquisition, planning/deployment, leadership deployment, coaching etc.. Also, positively effecting our clients through organizational design, route to market road mapping and deploying a world class network to help our clients become better businesses and adding Millions of dollars to their bottom line.
