Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing & Data Analytics, I am a firm believer in lifelong learning, which is why I am constantly training new skills. I am also working as a Digital Product Coordinator at the female factor to support women's careers and do my part to close the gender leadership gap. My interests and area of expertise include: marketing analytics, customer insights, web experience design development, D&I promotion and innovation. Professionally, I acquired experience in: - Strategic reporting, social media & audience analytics, customer support and peer training while working for the innovative KPI6 - Data manipulation, analysis and visualization (including reporting) during my internship at Delivery Hero - Opportunities scouting for business development and data management (as well as time management and tracking) at the female factor, where I currently am the Digital Product Coordinator for our job platform (https://www.jobs.femalefactor.global/) - Creating website content and a brand new newsletter (including managing email marketing) for flOasis as a marketing intern - Using online tools for remote teams and creating content for the mentoring program at the female factor as an intern In my academic life, I have been lucky enough to take part in various experiences like: - Completing my Bachelor's degree close the the stunning city of Vienna where I was able to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures - Winning University level competitions in the sales and marketing field - The Erasmus program at the University of Split (Croatia) for a semester. - 3 months of study exchange in Australia - Future We Want Model UN project: I went to New York as an ambassador for Tanzania and I discussed with my colleagues about Women's Rights.
