Outreach and Engagement Lead, Volunteer Services

• Oversaw a volunteer program of 65+ individual and community group volunteers while handling the interview process, on-boarding, scheduling, and supervision
• Created and administered volunteer survey to 30 recurring volunteers to gauge satisfaction and enhance the clothing volunteer program
• Assessed the daily needs of the Clothing Program to plan and assign volunteer duties appropriately
• Managed Clothing Program Intern from recruitment to supervision, goal setting and assessing performance

• Scheduled informational calls with potential clients to pitch Allset for Business, conducted follow ups, and tracked leads in Pipedrive
• Monitored company's social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to questions and comments when appropriate
• Onboarded new restaurants to ensure Allset procedures were executed to optimize positive user feedback
• Troubleshooted issues, created solutions, and conducted follow up with users
• Responded to 20-100 customer and restaurant inquiries daily through phone and email

• Represented organization's mission and model through interactions with 100+ volunteers per day, while also responding to general inquiries via phone and email
• Created flyers with Adobe Illustrator, email blasts with Salesfusion, and other marketing material to support the Community Engagement Team efforts to increase quality and quantity of incoming product distributed
