Management of the team of 10+ accountants ensuring timely accurate delivery of all the transactional works for around 50 entities from 15 countries such as AP & AR tasks, banks & cash accounting or supervising of the special tasks as dunning, customs works, business trips and expenses internal system, payroll and benefits bookings, OPEX and energy accruals, reconciliations.
Continually reviewing processes and procedures in the department, KPI’s, cooperation with SAP support department to ensure improvement of the processes and set up of the new, more efficient ones in the system.
Suggesting and implementing improvement areas, checking possible usage of RPA, delegating and organising team workloads, participant of project boards of Alpiq.
Cooperation with Project manager on all new projects, mainly from automation, digitalisation and optimalisaton area.
Responsibility of accurate and in-time reporting of results (ME, YE activities, estimates, IFRS ajdustments) of French companies.
SAP Key User - deeper knowledge of the system, FI, AA, MM, SD, RE-FX modules knowledge.
Head of the Employee event comittee of the company - preparing projects of extra employee events, special budget, cooperation cross departments in the company

- responsibility of accurate and in time reporting of monthly results (month-end activities, estimates, accruals, IFRS ajdustments, tax reports)
- daily communication with junior accountants, management of junior activities such as bookkeeping, dunning, intercompany and 3rd parties relations, VAT report

General Ledger accountant – preparation of all back ups from SAP for Intrastat and its reporting in IDES
Intercompany transactions – issuing of sundry invoices, recharges for affiliates or third party customers, monthly electronic intercompany reconciliations in TRDB web program
Monthly closing – regular and ad-hoc closing operations, monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, rebooking and splitting of charges to cost centers and internal orders, preparation of backups for accruals and their booking, monthly IFRS/US GAAP reports reconciliation (PL account, balance sheet)

Communication with other PM ČR departments, PMI Treasury and the broker to ensure that PM ČR assets are adequately covered 
Financial analysis of the existing contracts, proposals for updates/changes reflecting the business needs 
Insurance claims administration; regular and ad-hoc reporting for both local and regional management
Monitoring of domestic sales in SAP A/R 
Query resolution for unmatched receipts, cash collection discrepancies, customer bank accounts etc. in close cooperation with Sales & Distibution and Service Center Europe in Krakow, Poland 
Handling of credit control issues, sales documents correction, customer returns 
Administration of customer bank guarantees; ad-hoc analysis & reporting

General Ledger supervisor - all GL accounting activities and more: checking of incoming, outgoing 
invoices, cash, bank, all this operations done by the junior accountants team, booking of internal documents, accruals, reserves, regularisation of accounting, declaration of VAT, road tax, closing of months.
Monthly reporting (balance sheet, income statement, subreporting), their analysis, extra accounting corrections, netting of accounts, reconciliation of clients and suppliers accounts in groupe.
Communication with clients in French, English and Czech language.

Complete accounting for small French companies operating in Czech Republic: incoming, outgoing invoices, bank, cash, travel expenses, internal documents, accounting of payroll, VAT, closing of financial year, exchange rate difference, depreciation, communication with clients in Czech and French language.
