ICONIK Foods was founded with the mission to create innovative alternatives to fast foods.

Being conscious of the long-term health effects of a poor diet, we were wanted to combat:

1) Foods that were tasty but high in sugar and low on nutrition
2) Somewhat healthy but tasteless alternatives in the supermarkets

Mission: evaluate whether new campuses should be open, or whether new partnerships with international schools should be established to reinforce client's international development. Make sure the proposed strategy does not present unnecessary risk to school's reputation.

- Implementation of Beyond Budget Program in all markets where Pernod Ricard operates in the context of SG&A cost-cutting period, and relocation of back-office functions.
- Drive all Finance transformation initiatives across Globe in collaboration with HQ departments: transformation cost analysis, staff planning, budget steering, service provider budget negotiation.  
- Management of 3 consulting companies (8Advisory, PWC, Kearney) and 14 freelancers Globally (Asia and North America included): contract negotiation, rate definition, risk management, project follow-up, roll-out strategy definition and implementation.
- Advice to CFOs and transformation managers on each market (88 countries) on 3 project pillars: simplification of processes, empowerment of internal teams, discipline of all relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of deliverables and project materials (design elements, roadmap elements, deadlines, best practices, contact points)
- Monitoring project flow performance (tracking project flows and stages for different type of Pernod Ricard markets) ensuring smooth implementation for both lead and small markets
