I initiated the development and early execution of a comprehensive partner program strategy, resulting in heightened partner engagement, increased pipeline, and a growing demand for the Revenue Grid partner program.

I was responsible for scaling partner initiatives by establishing strategic relationships with software and venture capital organizations to increase brand exposure and establish New Breed as an authority in the SaaS space. Additionally, I orchestrated the comprehensive management of marketing initiatives, including monthly webinar development, email marketing, editorial content, multimedia content creation, and influencer efforts to optimize brand exposure and engagement.

I worked closely with sales team to ensure that marketing and sales operations were effectively aligned, pipeline was being generated, new business acquisition targets were being met, consistently exceeded personal revenue targets and supported team members in meeting and exceeding theirs

Notable accomplishments include authoring over 70 articles on the New Breed blog, growing webinar lead generations over 2000% and representing New Breed as a speaker at HubSpot's INBOUND conference, addressing several hundred attendees and sharing insights on leveraging data for marketing strategy

hey can i rant for a sec? i just bought my ski pass for the '25/26 season and wow am I salty about it

the IKON pass has gone up almost $500 since 2020 — from $949 to $1,429. that’s a 50% increase in five years.

with no real innovation or meaningful improvements in experience, of course 😍 
in fact, it's worse! lift lines are insane, staff doesn't get paid fairly, and chicken tenders cost $19.

skiing was already an expensive, gatekept sport… at this point, they should just ask for your credit score at the chairlift 😮‍💨

there’s basically a total duopoly between Alterra Mountain Company (IKON) and Vail Resorts (Epic) and they’re both doing what unchecked monopolies do best — squeezing every last dollar out of something people love 👍🏼 

and don’t even get me started on day ticket prices (lol $289???) or the lack of local/low-income pass options in most markets.

imagine falling in love with a sport, getting good at it, and then realizing you’re slowly being priced out because two megacorps are optimizing for quarterly earnings 🥲 

anyway! ski season’s almost here. see you on the mountain — assuming you, too, caved and took out a second mortgage for it.

500 classes later, i feel quite solid (lol) and my love for slow, controlled suffering deeply unhinged

what keeps me coming back isn’t just the workout, it’s the discipline, the consistency, and the community (ily coaches!!) 

motivation is fleeting but discipline is what actually keeps you showing up.

a routine that supports you and a community that keeps you accountable makes all the difference.

and celebrating wins and milestones with people who actually get it makes the journey that much better 🥹

progress isn’t just about strength. it’s about showing up. 

again and again and again. even when you’re tired or sad or mad or just literally don’t feel like it.

and maybe blasting TS at full volume while you do it 🫡
