The Institute for Humanistic Management is an interdisciplinary network and practice oriented Think-Tank. HuMan is a platform for exchange of knowledge gathered and new ideas, methods and tools, with the ultimate goal for successful management in harmony.

The Faculty of German Engineering Education and Industrial Management (FDIBA) was established in 1990 by a decision of the Academic Council of the Technical University Sofia following an agreement between the Governments of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Bulgaria.
The German-Bulgarian project FDIBA is the largest and oldest German project in area of higher education in Eastern Europe.
