Ran three person general research desk on equity trading floor.  Liaison between specialized research staff based in Boston with institutional salespeople, salestraders, traders.  Supported retail/small institution salesforce with research inquiries and clarification on emerging issues likely to affect firm's positions and research stance.  Implemented new technology at the time, essentially a firm-wide bulletin board, blog like system to disseminated research call in timely manner.  Traveled overseas and to regional U.S. offices delivering research message and collecting problems and issues to better deliver content.

One of primary support staff assisting largest producer at the firm in the areas of idea generation, customer support, portfolio management, trade execution, performance calculation and client presentations (both potential and existing client performance reviews).  Obtained CFA during the period.
