Head of Partnership Commercial Development

Worldpay

Responsible for managing and maintaining Worldpay’s strategic bank relationships in order to deliver agreed net income targets. Development of the commercial banking strategy, while solely accountable for achieving sales and growth targets from nominated accounts and new business opportunities.
Management of a team of Partner Development Managers, Account Managers and an Account Director.
•	Ownership of all income generated from banking partnerships (£39m net) and responsible for achievement of new business sales forecasts.
•	Maximising value per boarded sale.
•	Driving new business growth from existing partnerships as well as new banking partnership opportunities.
•	To represent Worldpay to the client and develop, negotiate and agree commercial contracts with key banking partners including renewal / renegotiation processes for all existing and new bank partnerships and RFI’s, RFP’s and tenders.
•	To maintain effective and profitable relationships with senior decision-makers in each account and to identify and establish a diverse network within clients with a view to helping develop long-term relationships including reporting and communication of key sales and marketing messages and assets.
•	To ensure that clients are aware of all of Worldpay’s products and services and to maximise where possible enhanced revenue opportunities.
•	To work with Legal, Product, Innovation, Marketing and Operations to ensure all aspects of the account are supported and material/content is provided, and to drive project integration in line with cross business targets. 
•	To grow the portfolio by using client and competitor insights to make appropriate recommendations including mitigation of financial and risk factors. 
•	To compile and review a lead-sales funnel forecast for all partnerships, evaluating actual volumes against weekly forecasts and implementing corrective plans where required.

Director of Banking Partnerships

Responsible for management and growth of the commercial relationship with a  key strategic Bank Partner for WorldPay UK. 
The role includes developing relationships and processes to ensure delivery of strategic account plans. Liaising with key external relationship stakeholders to drive sales performance targets in line with contractual obligations. Leading a cross function virtual team to deliver excellent service levels to both the partner relationship and the end customer: including: Marketing, Sales, Risk, Operation, pricing and sales enablement.

Account Director

Part of a team responsible for the strategic relationship with WorldPays key bank partner. Focussing on lead generation and sales conversion,as well as supporting new business growth opportunities through education, training and robust client and internal communications.

•	Day to day management of operational and strategic relationships. 
•	Creating, building, and maintaining key strategic relationships within RBSG from senior management to front line staff.
•	Working proactively with the client relationship to drive lead volumes, quality & conversion rates. 
•	Assisted in the development of a Business Development Management team (Sept 2011) from purely relationship role to be a strategic lead generating function, with targets and alignment client relationships
•	Identifying areas of training need, through analysis of current performance & targets for both the client & BDM teams. 
•	Developing, maintaining & updating a full suite of training material & supporting collateral for both the relationship & BDM teams.
•	Delivering road-show style training events to key client contacts nationally - including planning, delivery, writing material, video elements, break out groups & facilitation of events.
•	Developing and managing fully integrated “co-branded” marketing plan and liaise, direct and manage marketing projects. 
•	Spearheading any new product launches for aligned client relationship. Includes project meetings, piloting, developing launch material, training guides, roll out planning & supporting material/events.

Training and Communications Manager - Bank Partner Relationship

Responsible for all aspects of sales training, production & delivery for 4 major retail clients, with over 1000 stores in the region. Building & maintaining client relationships, at various levels to increase retail sales through bespoke in-store training solutions.

•	Providing comprehensive training solutions, through analysis of current performance & targets.
•	Delivering training solutions to client staff of all levels, from Sales Advisors to Area Managers.
•	Building & maintaining client relationships at with regional controllers, area managers as well as store managers.
