Let’s be honest, many EVP ‘projects’ don’t make it past the slide deck. It gets signed off and then gathers dust in a shared drive 🤦‍♀️. I help organisations avoid that fate. I’ve spent 15 years in Employer Brand — first in-house at Boots, BAE Systems and Currys; now as founder of The EVP Consultancy. Before that, I worked in brand, marketing and customer proposition — not the fluffy kind, the type that drives outcomes that matter. Since then, I’ve supported organisations across sectors, partnering with everyone from legacy UK brands to purpose-led organisations and high-growth scale-ups; helping them build the kind of EVP that works. The kind that feels true to employees and holds up under pressure. The kind they feel proud of. Getting there….to something distinctive and durable , takes more than a good workshop and some sharp wordsmithing. It takes structure.
