I love problem solving. 🧩Taking the pieces of a puzzle and figuring out the best solution for the desired outcome makes me happy! There are two things that make me the happiest. The first is digging in deep with a prospect/customer and helping them understand their actual problem and working together to solve it while building a relationship that is referral worthy. The second is helping someone improve their sales skills and grow. I’ve spent a lot of time coaching and mentoring sales reps, sales leaders, and tech startup founders. I love playing a part in their learning, watching them grow, challenge themselves, and successfully executing the things they’ve learned. Actually, there is a third thing that makes me happy. She is my office mate 🐕 Bella, my 3 year old Golden Retriever!
