As GM of Products I led a cross functional team of Category Managers. Digital Product Managers and Designers to deliver on the growth initiative for the 'Marketplace Shop' team. I led the team through change, from a tech led business to a product category and marketing led business - focusing on sales growth as well as tech enhancements. 

I developed and delivered the product marketing strategy to showcase product onsite, enabling consumers to simply “find their thing”. creating a significant increase in ATC and Conversion across multiple categories.

I also held the position of ‘Growth Initiative Lead’ where I worked directly with the PMs, Lead Engineer, the Design Lead and VP Supply Chain to define the priorities for each quarter. Running the Quarterly Business Review Meetings and setting OKRs/KPI’s for the team to deliver quantifiable results every quarter.

General Manager Products

During Redbubble’s startup growth phase I developed and delivered the first product growth strategy, expanding product categories, identifying and delivering new merchandise opportunities, sourcing new suppliers around the globe, successfully extending our reach in the US & EU markets. In this 12 month period 67% of the growth was attributed to this single initiative. 

As the owner of the shopping experience on Redbubble, I transitioned the onsite merchandising from static shots of one product to diverse imagery with product recommendations, up-sells and bundles, leading the content production for all onsite photography and video production in Melbourne.

Hanes Brands Australasia

Led the Bonds Apparel Division and launched Bonds Active clothing into the portfolio. Responsible for the end-to-end management of seasonal product launches. Responsibility and ownership of business plan, financial targets, budgets, roadmaps, GTM plans, marketing, comms, POS, packaging, product development, range structure, and feasibility sign off.


Led a team of Brand Managers, Category Managers and Designers for Bonds Apparel in the end-to-end development, delivery and execution of product & marketing across wholesale, online & retail channels.  
 
Successfully identifying an opportunity in Active Wear as an avenue for growth, through consumer segmentation strategy, trend analysis and focus groups. - Bonds Active is now the biggest category of growth for Bonds.

Strong Stakeholder Management with key leaders in the business ensuring my team were able to focus on delivering on the strategy. Developed strong relationships with agencies ensuring the successful delivery of Seasonal Brand Campaigns and Consumer Insights Strategies.

Set forecasts and targets for the business unit in line with the company budget, created a monthly review process for the sales and product team to ensure stock and seasonal initiatives were selling through.

Bonds Clothing (Apparel) Divisional Manager

Gained Head Office support and advocacy to lead the transformation and change program for Pacific Brands Underwear Group (Berlei, Holeproof, Voodoo, Jockey, Rio and Explorer). 
Led the other divisional GMs in defining best practice 'one business' processes and organisational structure, implementing stakeholder management techniques and processes along the way.
Relaunched the business from four locations around Australia to one new location in Melbourne, including design and build of the new site. 
Developed the communication strategy and documentation for 350 employees to ensure smooth transition of all employees in to the new organisational structure

Transformational Change Lead

Running the Marketing, Product Development & Sales functions of the Holeproof Group. Responsible for growth and expansion of the business into new channels and new product categories, new product and marketing campaigns led to 25% growth in year one. Launched a Holistic Marketing Campaign with alignment across Digital, Outdoor, TV and Instore. 

Led the sales function to gain a larger footprint for key brands in store, including relaunching Explorer in the Holeproof brand, which gained additional ranging across all retail partners. 

Used Consumer Insights to identify growth opportunities through products and alternative sales channels. 

Built quarterly budgets, forecasts and plans by brand to align to Group Budget.

Divisional Head

Manage the Product Development and Marketing Team to run a portfolio of brands each with a unique proposition in the market. Re-launched brands and exited from local to overseas manufacture. Increase sales revenue & EBIT. Launch new ranges to market along with new packaging & digital marketing campaigns. Reinvigorated tired brands based on an in-depth brand strategy implementing consumer segmentation and brand profiling.

•	Re-launched Razzamatazz brand with new cohesive packaging and improved product quality
•	Realigned the Department Store brands and developed clear positions for Voodoo, Platinum & Kayser (all with new packaging and in-store collateral)
•	Developed and implemented powerful consumer research projects to improve brand perception and product output (including U&A and In-depth focus groups)
•	Managed and Delivered Pacific Brands first Digital Media Campaign. 
•	Developed and implemented a strong strategic direction for the hosiery brands, divesting of some brands and investing in others based on ROI and Hit Rate. 
•	Strategically managed campaign investment based on ROI for each event or promotion.
•	Managed the transition from a locally sourced business to a China Sourced business

* Developed an SMU business for Footlocker based on bringing in product from Japan and the US

* Developed a strategy to build a collection of Performance Running Accessories into the European Market. Developed & Launched the first ever product to carry music or mobile devices on the arm while doing exercise. Transferred the ownership of this collection to Global team due to expansion & on-going Global Growth.
