Lead the Creative Solutions business unit to develop concepts and create 'digital first' campaigns that meet client objectives and business revenue targets 
Create and present strategic pitches to expand our content offering and win new clients
Develop and manage a cross-functional team of five: Project Manager, Senior designer, Junior Designer, Senior Content Manager and Front End Developer
Expand the team product portfolio and rate card to meet evolving client needs

Forecast subscriber growth for the UK within the marketing budget and ensure we hit plan. The UK was the fastest growing EU market with +600% growth in nine months
Plan compelling promotional campaigns and execute across all digital media channels
Plan the UK specific eCRM strategy to activate new sign ups and maximise engagement from existing subscribers
Brief and plan the online marketing campaign for each ‘in the Birchbox’ brand, typically six to twelve per month - a very fast-paced environment.

Devise, execute and optimise the international (non UK) digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing contribution to sales grew from 8% to 35% in 12 months.
Forecast the annual digital marketing budget by country (19 in total) and deliver results to agreed CPA and ROI targets
