My background is in corporate training and higher education abroad. This has honed my ability to keenly identify the skill sets, experiences and potential of my candidates to make a positive impact. In my prior role delivering corporate training, I collaborated closely with HR leaders to bridge skill gaps and achieve organisational objectives. In my current role as a Recruiter, I continue this collaborative approach by consulting with hiring managers to understand their needs. My previous experience creating engaging educational content is channelled into my current role by finding creative ways to engage with talent. As a Recruiter, I take a consultative approach, offering insights on matters like salary benchmarking, addressing skills gaps, monitoring the talent landscape and providing career guidance. I have a track record running multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and placing strong talent in desirable roles; I have cultivated my expertise in various specialisms, particularly marketing and office support. As a Hays Recruitment Consultant, I partner with organisations across North and East London to support their recruitment processes for Business Support positions. I support Sales and Customer Service professionals, Specialist Administrators including Project Administrators and HR Administrators, Office Managers, Receptionists, Legal Secretaries, Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants, as well as Senior level talent in Sales, Key Accounts and Business Development.
