I started as Product Owner of the App Scrum Team, transforming it from a supporting product to the primary digital revenue stream within the company.
In my second year at the company, I earned a promotion to manage two distinct channels for the "driving life" proposition, leading two product and development teams. Responsibilities included defining strategy, establishing goals, prioritizing backlogs, managing stakeholders, and governing cross-functional collaborations.
Entering my last year at the company I spearheaded the conception and discovery process for The AA’s Digital Product Proposition, resulting in a comprehensive overhaul of the AA's App and Members site, achieving higher retention rates, reduction of operational costs, and an increase in LTV.

Some of my latest projects included: the implementation of live chat; distribution deal with a few major network carriers, the implementation of attribution tools, and the implementation of biometric tools for fraud and payments management.
