As a Co- Founder of Twenty Five Eight Capital, my focus is on guiding individuals towards achieving their financial freedom goals through Passive Investing in Real Estate. Our team's focus is on bringing value-add opportunities to increase returns by addressing issues that are usually looked over such as deferred maintenance and improving the aesthetic appeal of the properties, fine tuning the operations,bringing in stronger management and collections teams; negotiating appropriate vendor contracts; and ultimately, improving the overall community living culture for our tenants.. As an Investor and Operator, I will continue the expansion of our team's Multifamily acquisitions across the Mid Atlantic and Southern regions of the US. Furthermore, along with my passion of real estate investing and teaching others, I currently am a practicing clinician and have spent the last 13 years practicing medicine in the Mid Atlantic region.
