At My Sales Leader we work with startups & SMEs that still do not have the right profile to lead their Sales department in the long term, helping them grow and have a professional Sales team from the beginning. ‍
We get involved in the day to day of the company and become part of the leadership team, making sure processes, tools and team are in place focusing in both short term results and long term processes and scalability. 
When does our job end? Easy answer, when you feel we are not needed anymore.

Target setting for the entire Glovo Sales Organization (Europe, Middle East, LATAM and Africa)
Built and managed the Salesforce team (from 0 to 5 people)

Created a hub of +15 inside sales for Spanish, French and Italian market in charge of signing all Long tail deals
Closed strategic deals in new markets (i.e. McDonald's, Domino's & Tab Gida in Turkey)
Assisted as Head of Sales for the Italian and French market covering open positions

Managed the Sales team in the Mid-South region of Spain, team of 4 people in 3 different cities
Managed the deal + relationship with Top Accounts such as McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC & Goiko; 
Managed the launch of new cities in the South & Central region
