- Engaged to lead the Platform Product and a Cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers & Data Scientists to launch innovative functionality to allow our Clients to scale their teams efficiently and our Talent to progress in their careers.
- Created the Product Vision, Strategic Roadmap and direct hands-on management of the Execution plan.
- Collaborated with the Marketing team to implement Braze and launch campaigns to drive Retention & Engagement.
- Created the Andela Connect product from definition to delivery allowing our Clients to connect their ATS-Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse, Jobvite, Workable, Lever and VMS-Vendor Management Systems like SAP-Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday-Vndly to our Andela Talent Cloud).
- Reported weekly to Director level.

Hotelbeds, one of the leaders in the Bedbanks industry engaged me to redefine and optimise the Finance Products and Processes into a best-in-class ecosystem. I also led key Strategic Programmes with Global Chains as part of the Transformation Office and the M&A of GTA & Tourico Holidays as part of the IMO.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - Finance Technology:
- Managed a team of 5 Product Managers to deliver the best-in-class Finance Products.
- Engaged to define a Vision, Strategy and Product roadmap to transform the Finance ecosystem including Corporate, Accounting and Payments processes.
- Owned the E2E Transactional Finance processes providing an approach to save >8M€ annual recurring costs due to Operational efficiencies.
- Established initiatives OKRs aligned with the Business Goals always using a Data-Driven and Customer Centric approach.
- Interacted with key stakeholders to guarantee transparent lines of comms and silos avoidance.
- Monthly Reporting to CPTO and ad-hoc reporting in Operating Committees with ExCo members.

STRATEGIC PROGRAMMES with Global and Regional Hotel chains:
- Engaged to lead the Supplier Volume Consolidation initiative (Reverse Override).
- Coordinated Strategic Account Managers of Global and key Regional Chains to prepare proposals with the result of 4 Global chains and >40 Regional Chains’ successful agreements.
- Coordinated with the Pricing team to apply specific actions and with the Marketing team to launch campaigns to drive more volumes.
- Fortnightly Reporting to Transformation Office (ExCo Level).

IMO - INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE:
- Engaged to set up a Governance approach to manage the GTA and Tourico Holidays Integration Programme & Reporting.
- Coordinated the IT Infrastructure, Product and Operations/Contact Centre teams to track the Systems integration and TOM implementation.

Handelsbanken needed to deliver 2 regulatory projects (CRS/FACTA reporting to HMRC and Buy-to-Let reporting to the Bank of England).
-	Coordinated the IT delivery team (6 members) using Agile methodologies.
-	Reported monthly to Steering Committee.

HSBC Bank – London, UK			
HSBC needed a new function to control, support and enhance the delivery of projects globally.
-	Engaged to define and establish the necessary guidance, controls, tools, processes and governance to ensure successful implementations using both Waterfall and Agile / DevOps methodologies.

SANTANDER Bank – London, UK			
Santander UK was requested by the Regulator (PRA) to upgrade their credit risk monitoring systems and data.
-	Engaged to lead a +£20m project to deliver a brand new strategic system to the level of its peers.
-	Reported monthly to Project Sponsor in Steering Committee.
-	Assessment of a possible new architecture using Hadoop to store internal and external data (Bureau Credit Risk Agencies - Experian, Call Credit, Equifax) and Talend / Spark to access the data and perform complex calculations.

SANTANDER Bank – London, UK			
Santander UK needed to improve the tactical risk admission systems to solve data quality problems and better support business growth. Succeeded in delivering a new strategic risk admission platform (+£20m project delivery) with income benefits of +£30m over 5 years post-implementation.
-	Reported weekly to Director Level (ExCo member).
-	Coordinated 60 stakeholders including onshore and offshore development teams, integration teams, technical and functional architects and business users (Relationship Managers, Underwriters, Control&Monitoring and Solvency).
-	Defined a new Target Operating Model for the Industrialised segment.

ING Direct Bank needed to centralise its Retail and Business Banking risk admission process to improve customer service, minimise the time of launch of new products and reduce maintenance costs.

-	Reported fortnightly to Director level.
-	3rd party Sopra Group and Everis resources management (6-10 people) for the design and project development.

Santander bank took over Abbey National and needed to automate its admission, activation and servicing processes to improve customer service and reduce the time to initiate new retail products.

Santander was part of a pilot implementation between different UK Banks and the HM Land Registry to automatically update data records and release mortgage charges in HMLR once it is paid off.
-	Succeeded in delivering the project modules until the Change Management phase.
