• Front-end exposure to general banking products: Trade Finance, Lending, Cash Management, Treasury 
• Liaise with Client Acceptance Team in head office on the KYC and account opening matters in HK
• Visit clients and prospects to discuss account opening, onboarding, and general banking services and offerings
• Promote the e-banking (Access Online – AOL) platform to prospect and existing clients.
• Hire on contract basis for a strategic business startup initiative
• Work with Asia Head of Commercial Banking Int’l (CBI) to set up a desk in HK to promote CNH business 
     o Work with local Compliance to review the CBI working instructions for KYC and client onboard matters
     o Work with local Risk to form the risk monitoring procedure for CBI clients
     o Work and coordinate with Operations to form new procedures and enhance the existing work process flow
     o Work with FATCA project manager and Compliance to implement FATCA work flow and procedure
     o Work with IT to enhance the e-banking platform

Client Service Officer

• Support Sales Team in HK covering Blue Chip, Red Chip, Large Corp, FI and Mid Cap
• Work with the Sales Teams of Greater China and coordinate with both onshore and offshore RM to execute CNY offshore arbitrage trades (USD-CNH DF / USD-CNY NDF / Guarantee USD-CNY NDF bundle with USD IRS against RMB LC / onshore RMB secured loan / Nostro RMB fixed deposit) for both HK and PRC Clients.
• Coordinating with mainland FI RMs to execute onshore Nostro fixed deposit for the CNY arbitrage trades.
• Execute and confirm CNH (CNY HK deliverable) FX trades with clients.
• Work with product team to create and customize term sheets based on client’s specific needs, and construct PowerPoint presentation for client meeting (e.g. FX Cap Forward,  Interest Rate Swap and Cross Currency Swap)
• Work with product team and option traders to price and execute FX vanilla option, exotic and accumulator type structures with Fenics and book into Murex 
• Responsible for the marketing and execution of  products such as DCD, ELN, ELD, RELN
• Inform clients about the daily FX fixing and execute client orders for contract offset purpose
• Monitor client FX sensitivities and P&L of client’s position 
• Quote FX rates to clients and internal counterparts and square the position with FX traders.
• Liaise with funding traders and operations for new deposits and fund transfers
• Send daily indicative FX rate quotation and deposit interest rate to clients
• Work with middle office to keep track of the trades done and respective sales credits

 Interactive Brokers: HSI, JGB, Kospi200
• Produce daily sales sheet and time stamp every trade.  Input trades and calculate daily P&L
• Coordinate sales appointments with potential clients.  Assist and accompany my senior at sales meetings
• Extract Trade Fair Exhibitor lists from internet and other sources to build a potential client database
• Consolidate market events of the previous night for morning briefing and management review.  This includes the closing prices of major world market indices, major US and Japanese commodity futures
